Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Location: Rabale Cake Factory

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Take cake and bakery product orders over the phone.
  • Explain products, prices, offers, and availability to customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders and enquiries.
  • Coordinate with the production and delivery teams.
  • Maintain customer details and daily call records.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & Moderate English.
  • sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
