Product Management Executive Pharmaceutical Marketing

Unifaith Biotech is a growing pharmaceutical company focused on critical-care, hospital and specialty pharmaceutical products. We are looking for a capable and creative Product Management Executive to support product strategy, scientific communication, sales-force training and brand development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product-wise marketing strategies and promotional plans for pharmaceutical brands.
• Prepare visual aids, leave-behind literature, product monographs, reminder cards, presentations and digital promotional content.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing comparisons.
• Train the field-sales team on product composition, indications, clinical benefits, USPs and objection handling.
• Prepare product-launch plans and coordinate the introduction of new pharmaceutical brands.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand market feedback and improve product positioning.
• Coordinate with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders for product feedback and scientific inputs.
• Support monthly sales analysis, product forecasting and inventory planning.
• Coordinate with design agencies, printers, manufacturers and internal departments for timely execution of marketing activities.
• Review the performance of existing products and recommend corrective promotional strategies.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
• MBA or PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
• 2–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and doctor-oriented promotion.
• Experience preparing visual aids, product literature and sales-training presentations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of PowerPoint, Excel and basic market analysis.
• Candidates currently working as Product Executive, Product Management Executive, Assistant Product Executive or Pharma Marketing Executive will be preferred.

• This is a work-from-office position in New Delhi.
• Candidates from the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
• This is not an IT, software or technology product-management role.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will receive preference.

Work Arrangement & Travel Requirement

This role involves approximately 50% work from office and 50% fieldwork. The selected candidate must be willing and able to travel extensively across India as required for meetings, field visits, product training and other business activities.
