Baker

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Baker to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake breads, buns, cookies, cakes, and other items as per standard recipes.

- Handle full baking process including mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.

- Ensure consistent quality in taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.

- Follow daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

- Maintain hygiene and comply with food safety standards.

- Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues.

- Store and handle ingredients properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.

- Minimize wastage and use resources efficiently.

- Coordinate dispatch of finished products for timely delivery.

- Ensure basic cleaning and upkeep of bakery equipment.

- Maintain simple production and inventory records.

- Work closely with team members for smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

1. Previous bakery/production experience preferred.
2. Good understanding of baking techniques and dough handling.
3. Knowledge of breads, buns and basic bakery products.
4. Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
5. Good hygiene and work discipline.
6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
