Job Description

·      3–4 years of experience in Tele Collections or Contact Centre Operations.

·      Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in Collections.

·      Experience in Bank, NBFC or Fintech collection processes.

·      Hands-on experience with Dialers, CRM systems and Collection MIS.

·      Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

·      Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
