Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Computer Operator to manage daily operations at our cyber café and printing shop. The candidate should be comfortable working on computers and assisting customers with online tasks and document services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic computer operation and internet browsing
  • Typing and online form filling (government/private forms)
  • Printing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Assisting customers with online applications and services
  • Managing basic shop operations and customer queries

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, internet, printing)
  • Good typing speed
  • Basic understanding of online portals and form filling
  • Polite behavior and customer handling skills
