Job Title : Executive - Retail Customer Care (QRU)

Reporting To :- Jr. Associate/Associate

Responsibilities for the Job

Salary 22k+ PF+Insurance 

Key Responsibilities: - 

• Resolving enquires/requests received from the internal and external customers through non-voice / voice channels and reverting with the appropriate resolutions within the stipulated TAT

• Follow up with various departments required to ensure that appropriate action is taken on each & every request/ /complaint made by the external customers/internal customers.

• Providing the standardized response to the customer queries while adhering to the quality aspects set.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, tracking of customer interactions and different queries, details of complaints, comments, inquiries, requests via CRM.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

• Good interpersonal, analyzing & problem solving skills by means of effective & efficient communication.

Education

Graduate

Age 

18-25 years

Work Experience 

Preferred one year work experience in Customer Service Environment 

Primary Skill Preferred work - experience in the same industry.

Analyze and understand the gravity of customers’ requests and respond accordingly

Strong analytical skills.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

Management Skills

Willing to work for flexi hours & should be a quick learner. Positive work ethics.

Soft Skills

               Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
