Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain daily accounts and financial data in BUSY Accounting Software.
  • Record sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
  • Maintain party ledgers and outstanding payment records.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and account checking.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Check entries and invoices for accuracy.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, billing, and basic accounting work.
  • Prepare basic reports from BUSY and MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with the accountant and management for day-to-day accounts work.
  • Perform general data entry and office documentation as required.
