Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily order processing and fulfilment.
  • Oversee order packing and dispatch coordination.
  • Manage and maintain the Shopify product catalog.
  • Handle Shopify tagging, product categorisation, and data hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate e-commerce and operational data.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly internal reports and MIS.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Ideal CandidateStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good understanding of Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling daily operational tasks.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
