Job Description
Job Title: Solar Sales Executive
Location: Delhi NCR (Office base with on-site client visits)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
Join our growing team to help homeowners and businesses transition to clean energy across Delhi NCR. You will guide warm, company-provided leads through the entire process—from initial consultation and site visits to presenting tailored solar proposals and finalizing installations. (Comprehensive product and technical training provided).
What You Will Do
- Connect with Warm Leads: Reach out to assigned company leads to understand their energy needs and schedule convenient rooftop visit appointments.
- Consultative Site Visits: Visit customer premises to take basic measurements, assess space viability, and calculate suitable solar system sizing.
- Present Tailored Solutions: Share customized proposals, explain the cost savings and ROI, and walk customers through what makes our offerings stand out.
- Guide to Onboarding: Assist customers with paperwork, secure booking advances, and finalize installation agreements smoothly.
- Build Relationships: Deliver a great customer experience that naturally encourages referrals from clients' friends and family.
Who We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in direct/B2C field sales (backgrounds in Telecom/ISP broadband, Real Estate, Retail Loans/Banking, or Insurance are ideal).
- A customer-centric approach with good listening and relationship-building skills.
- No prior solar experience needed—we will train you on solar concepts, roof measurements, and system design.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license for local client visits across Delhi NCR.
