Loan Sales Executive – Secure Loans

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Loan Sales Executive with 2–10 years of relevant experience in Secured Loan Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and selling secured financial products and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers for secured loan products.

Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA/DST channels and other relevant partners.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely documentation.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Required Experience

Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in Secured Loan Sales, preferably in one or more of the following:

Home Loans

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Business Loans / Secured Business Loans

Other secured lending products

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in secured loan sales.

Strong customer handling and sales skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred.

Candidates from other states can also apply if they are willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, DSA/DST networks or loan distribution companies will be preferred.
