Job Description Job Requirement - Personal Loan ( Digital ) – Cross Sell Vertical

 Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through cold calling.

 Product Pitching & Cross-Selling: Educate customers through cold

calling about Muthoot's product suites, primarily focusing on Personal

loan /cross-sell opportunities.  Branch Operational Support: Collaborate closely with branch officials to

manage daily process basic loan documentation, and complete

preliminary KYC verification checks.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term

professional rapport with customers, conduct structural collection and

interest renewal calls, and resolve client inquiries to drive high

retention.  Target Realization: Work with structured intent alongside branch

managers to fulfill aligned monthly business disbursal targets and lead

targets. Place of Posting Multiple locations
