Job Description
- Supervise and manage security guards and ensure proper deployment as per duty roster.
- Prepare and maintain daily security duty schedules and shift arrangements.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper visitor verification and maintain visitor records.
- Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Ensure proper functioning and usage of security equipment and access-control systems.
- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, attendance records, and other security documentation.
- Handle emergencies, security incidents, theft, fire, unauthorized entry, and other unusual situations promptly.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, emergency services, and management whenever required.
- Ensure security guards follow company rules, discipline, grooming, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for security guards.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and performance of security personnel.
- Coordinate with the HR and Administration teams regarding security-related matters.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.
- Report all major incidents, security breaches, and operational issues to management immediately.
- Support fire and emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency preparedness.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure protection of company assets.
