📞 Caller / Education Counsellor Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a Caller to support our Education Counsellor in handling inquiries related to our Mobile Repairing Courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and course-related inquiries from students.
- Make follow-up and cold calls to interested and pending leads.
- Assist the Education Counsellor with daily calling and student coordination.
- Explain basic course details, fees, batches and admission process.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Identify interested candidates and forward qualified leads to the Education Counsellor.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve course admissions and conversions.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for pending admissions and follow-ups.
- Handle calls professionally and maintain good communication with students.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling or sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers/CRM or Excel.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn.
