Senior Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products/services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and suggestions for product/service enhancements.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role in a senior capacity.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in telesales is a plus.
