Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage school principals, administrators, and management teams to introduce and explain our educational tour services.
• Provide detailed information about our services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with school management to discuss collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain a detailed record of interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies based on feedback.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and goals.
• Assist with other related tasks as needed.
• Qualifications:
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with school management and stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
