Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly Sales Girl to join our car detailing shop. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, explaining detailing services, generating sales, following up with leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their car care requirements.
• Explain services such as car detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection, polishing, interior cleaning, etc.
• Recommend suitable packages based on customer needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations and close sales.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing clients.
• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Meet monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Previous experience in automobile, car detailing, showroom, retail, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work with sales targets and incentives.
