Location -- Sector 60, Noida
Qualification -- Graduation
Eligibility: Min 6 Months Experience .
Job Responsibility --
· Handling basic customer queries related to Products and providing customer resolution.
. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.
. Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance
· Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers
· Willingness to work in Rotational Shift
. Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism.
. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service
. Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve issues or navigate products or services.
