Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily work at our warehouse. The person will be responsible for receiving stock, preparing orders, dispatching goods and coordinating with transporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily packing and dispatch of orders.
• Receive incoming stock and check quantities.
• Coordinate with transporters for pickups and deliveries.
• Get loose stock ready for sale by arranging packing, labelling and tagging as required.
• Manage helpers for packing, loading, unloading and other warehouse work.
• Keep stock properly arranged and organized in the warehouse.
• Maintain basic records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Check stock regularly and report any shortage or damaged goods.
• Make sure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
• Coordinate with the office team for daily orders and stock requirements.
• Keep the warehouse clean and properly managed.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch or inventory work.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
• Should be comfortable handling stock and supervising helpers.
• Should be responsible and good at following up on work.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in ecommerce warehouse operations is preferred but not compulsory.
