What you’ll be doing:
• Manage software license renewal sales through email and virtual meetings for clients across global markets.
• Research assigned renewal opportunities prior to outreach to ensure accurate product positioning and licensing recommendations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for online licensing and subscription offerings, addressing customer queries related to renewals and product use cases.
• Process renewal contracts and orders with a high degree of accuracy and within defined timelines.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by evaluating customer licensing requirements and identifying expansion potential.
• Maintain accurate customer account, contact, and opportunity data within the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with senior sales stakeholders through regular business reviews, providing updates on pipeline performance, forecasts, and renewal progress.
• Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless execution of renewal and licensing strategies.
• Support the testing, implementation, and adoption of renewal automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Leverage ERP and CRM platforms to manage customer orders, contracts, renewals, and support cases throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in German/French/Italian (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
