Job Summary- We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of applicable labour laws, HR policies, documentation, audits, and recruitment practices, along with excellent communication and people-management skills.
