HR Recruiter

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various sales and non-sales positions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for open positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Support employee onboarding and basic HR activities.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation ability.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
