Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Noida Sector 41

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for café, restaurant, and central kitchen roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with department heads
• Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records
• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and follow-ups
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new hires
• Maintain recruitment trackers

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (hospitality/F&B preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and tight timelines
