We are hiring a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential/commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, client meetings, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and handle leads (calls, walk-ins, site visits)
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Follow up with clients and maintain relationships
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Maintain records in CRM

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
  • Fresher with strong sales interest can apply
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
