Human Resource Executive

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Handle end-to-end hiring for factory roles (tailors, helpers, supervisors, quality checkers, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
• Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled labor

2. Employee Management

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Address worker grievances and ensure smooth communication between management and staff
• Build a positive and disciplined work environment

3. Payroll & Compliance

• Assist in payroll processing and wage calculations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and factory regulations
• Maintain statutory records and documentation

4. Training & Development

• Conduct basic training and orientation for new workers
• Improve worker productivity and efficiency through skill development

5. Factory Coordination

• Work closely with production and operations teams
• Ensure proper manpower planning based on production needs
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing/factory setup)
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle blue-collar workforce efficiently
• Preferred SkillsExperience in garment or textile industry
• Familiarity with attendance/payroll software
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
