Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive + Admin Support

Location: Noida, Sector 18 (Onsite)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

About the Role  

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic female Sales Executive + Admin Support professional to join our team at 1SpecialPlace’s therapy centre in Noida.

This role combines client interaction, sales, and centre operations, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people while managing on-ground responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities  

Client Engagement & Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients
• Explain therapy services and programs with clarity and empathy
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups
• Manage walk-ins and deliver a warm, professional in-centre experience

Admin & Operations

• Coordinate therapy schedules and appointments
• Maintain client records, reports, and documentation
• Support therapists with administrative coordination
• Manage billing follow-ups and basic operational tasks

Centre Experience

• Act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
• Ensure a welcoming, organized, and smooth centre environment
• Handle queries and concerns with professionalism and sensitivity

Who Should Apply  

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or admin roles
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• People-oriented with high empathy and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-focused
• Comfortable managing both sales and operational responsibilities
• Experience in healthcare, education, or service industry is a plus
