Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Write creative captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
- Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure all published content follows the company's brand guidelines.
