Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote company offerings, using provided scripts when necessary. [1, 2]
Inbound Call Handling: Address incoming queries, explain product features and pricing, and provide effective solutions to customer complaints. [1, 2]
Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch relevant services, and nurture prospects to successfully transition them into the sales funnel. [1, 2]
Database Management: Diligently update and maintain customer records, including call notes and feedback, in the CRM system. [1, 2]
Follow-ups & Closures: Regularly follow up with interested leads to close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction. [1, 2]
