Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 16
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Generate and follow up on leads for loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
- Ensure professional and customer-focused communication.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Candidates with prior experience in loan sales/tele-sales/financial services will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on interview and experience.
- No salary deduction for the first 2 months.
