We are looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Sales Executives who can communicate with customers, understand their requirements, explain our products, and convert genuine enquiries into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Contact customers who have shown interest in Ayudravya products through our website, advertisements, WhatsApp, or other marketing campaigns.
• Understand the customer's requirements and recommend the appropriate Ayudravya wellness products.
• Explain product features, usage, pricing, offers, payment process, and delivery information clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers and work towards converting leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with warm and hot leads.
• Update every customer interaction, follow-up, and sales status accurately in the CRM/sales dashboard.
• Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp wherever required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales manager and operations team for order-related queries.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with every customer.
• Build customer trust without making misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved health claims.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer support, D2C, e-commerce, wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, or nutraceutical sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of Hindi; basic/conversational English preferred.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/WhatsApp/web-based software.
• Confident, energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Ability to understand product information and explain it in simple language.
