📌 Key Responsibilities✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

✔ Provide information about Ayurvedic services/products to interested customers

✔ Generate leads and conduct follow-ups

✔ Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly

✔ Fix appointments and coordinate bookings

✔ Maintain customer records in CRM systems

✔ Prepare daily/weekly reports and achieve assigned targets

✔ Build and maintain positive customer relationships

📌 Required Skills

🔹 Excellent communication skills

🔹 Fluency in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

🔹 Strong sales and convincing ability

🔹 Active listening & patience

🔹 Customer service orientation

🔹 Good follow-up and target achievement mindset

🔹 Basic computer/CRM knowledge

📌 Qualification🎓 Minimum 12th pass or Graduate

📌 Freshers are welcome – training will be provided

📌 Experience⭐ 0–2 years preferred (Telecalling / Customer Service / Ayurveda or wellness background will be an added advantage)
