Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role mainly involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services, Schedule follow-up calls, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
• Achieve assigned call and conversion targets
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th/Any Graduate

• Fresher or candidates with telesales / telecalling experience preferred

• Good communication skills in English and/or regional language

• Ability to work with targets and handle customer objections

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification, Experience, CTC:

• Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate.
• Experience in Stock Market/Advisory/Broking/Telesales/BPO industry is a must.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic approach.
• Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 INR
