* Diligently follow up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.

* Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM software.

* Answer basic questions from clients and handle initial objections gracefully.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits.

* Coordinate seamlessly with the senior sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
