• Job Description – Real Estate Plot Sales Executive🏡 Role: Plot Sales / Real Estate Sales Executive
• 🎯 Main responsibility: Generate leads, contact customers, explain projects and sell plots.
• 📞 Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups.
• 📍 Arrange and assist customers with site visits.
• 💬 Explain location, plot size, price, payment options and project benefits.
• 🤝 Build good relationships with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
• 🎓 Freshers will be given priority.
• 🧠 Selection will be based on an overall scoring system, not only on experience.
• ⭐ If you have any of the listed skills, 10 additional marks will be awarded for each relevant skill.
• 🚗 Skills such as Four-Wheeler Driving, Two-Wheeler Driving, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Social Media Marketing and Mobile Sales can give you an additional advantage.
• 📊 Your final score will be calculated based on your profile, skills and other selection criteria, and candidates will be selected accordingly.
