Job Description

GoodGrab is looking for a result-driven Business Development, Marketing & Sales Head to lead corporate sales, brand growth, and business expansion for our healthy fresh food business.

The candidate will be responsible for generating corporate leads, closing partnerships with offices, IT parks, hospitals, colleges, co-working spaces, and high-footfall locations, increasing sales from existing locations, planning marketing campaigns, and managing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert corporate and institutional clients.

Build partnerships for vending machines, kiosks, pop-up counters, meal plans, and corporate food services.

Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns.

Manage and train the sales/business development team.

Increase revenue from existing and new locations.

Track leads, meetings, proposals, closures, sales performance, and campaign results.

Required Skills:

Strong B2B/corporate sales experience.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Team management and target achievement ability.

Knowledge of food, FMCG, hospitality, facility management, wellness, or startup sales will be preferred.
