Job Description

Install and commission packaging machines at customer sites.

Conduct machine demonstrations and operator training.

Attend service calls and resolve breakdowns within the committed response time.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.

Perform preventive maintenance visits.

Prepare service reports and submit them daily.

Coordinate with the spare parts department for service requirements.

Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.

Collect customer feedback after every service visit.

Report recurring technical issues to the production and design teams.

Ensure all service tools and company assets are properly maintained.
