Job Description

Real Estate Channel Partner Executive


Position: Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator

Industry: Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Sales and Customer Handling

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Upto Rs. 1.5 lakhs


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Call on given digital leads and data , generate prospects from them .
  • Schedule and manage site visits for interested buyers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients.
  • Assist customers throughout the booking process.
  • Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders team & clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.



  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales or Sales Industry.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Graduate preferred (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
