Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into property bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leads from Meta, 99acres, MagicBricks, and referrals.

Call and qualify customer requirements.

Schedule and conduct site visits.

Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, and offers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

Negotiate and assist customers throughout the booking process.

Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance.

Update CRM and maintain customer records.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Location: Tathawade / Punawale / Ravet, Pune
