Job Description

  • Property Viewings & Site Visits: Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase features to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, prices, and closing dates to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and property values to advise clients accurately.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to encourage referrals.
