Job Description

  • Planning monthly social media content calendars.
  • Creating and publishing Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and product-launch content.
  • Shooting or coordinating product photos and videos.
  • Basic photo/video editing using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Writing engaging captions, hashtags, and product descriptions.
  • Managing Instagram and Facebook pages.
  • Responding to comments, DMs, and customer enquiries.
  • Running and monitoring Meta Ads.
  • Increasing followers, engagement, website traffic, and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Coordinating with photographers, designers, artists, and the sales team.
  • Promoting new launches, offers, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Tracking performance such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Monitoring competitors and social-media trends.
  • Supporting influencer and collaboration campaigns.
