Job Description

A telecaller is responsible for making outbound or receiving inbound calls to interact with customers on behalf of a company.

  • 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Handling inbound customer inquiries
  • Explaining products/services clearly
  • Generating leads or sales
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases
  • Following up with customers for feedback or sales closure
  • Resolving basic customer complaints or directing them to the right department
  • 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication skills (local language + basic English often required)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Patience and ability to handle rejection
  • Active listening skills
