Job Overview
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hospital Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital or clinic management and possess strong leadership, operational, and administrative skills. The role involves implementing SOPs, monitoring KRAs and KPIs, ensuring patient satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, diagnostics, billing, housekeeping, and administration.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service quality.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct operational audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and administrative functions.
- Performance & Process ManagementDevelop, implement, and monitor department-wise KRAs and KPIs.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure effective coordination between all hospital departments.
- Optimize hospital resources to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and departmental coordination.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor hospital budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate with management regarding hospital performance and strategic initiatives.
- Support hospital expansion and quality improvement projects.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, MBA (Healthcare), MHA, or a related field.
Experience
- 8–9 years of experience in Hospital Operations, Hospital Administration, or Clinic Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations and administration.
- Experience in SOP implementation, KRA/KPI management, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
