HR Intern

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at our Chinchwad, Pune office. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process—sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing Handle employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment Draft HR policies, offer letters, and other official documentation Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies

• Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools preferred Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
