HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the company's goals and ensure a productive and engaged workforce. Your expertise in HR management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational success.

 Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation, to attract and hire top talent in the civil and construction industries.

 Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring they have a clear understanding of company policies, procedures, and culture.

 Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.

 Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open

communication between management and staff.

 Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

 Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

 HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

 Employee Health and Safety: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

 Talent Management: Develop talent management strategies to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans for key roles within the organization.

 HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, handling payroll processing, and managing employee benefits enrolment.

 Employee Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the employee experience. Qualifications & Requirements:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications are preferred.

 Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in the civil and construction industries.

 Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Payroll, HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations .
