लक्ष्मी इंजिनिअरिंग वर्क्स येथे कटिंग मशीन ऑपरेटर (Labour Helper) पदासाठी मेहनती व जबाबदार उमेदवारांची आवश्यकता आहे. निवड झालेल्या उमेदवाराने कटिंग मशीन चालवणे, उत्पादनाशी संबंधित कामांमध्ये मदत करणे, कच्चा माल हाताळणे तसेच कार्यशाळेतील दैनंदिन कामे सुरक्षित व गुणवत्तापूर्ण पद्धतीने पूर्ण करणे अपेक्षित आहे.

मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या:

दिलेल्या सूचनांनुसार कटिंग मशीन चालवणे.

कच्चा माल सुरक्षितपणे लोड व अनलोड करणे.

लेथ मशीनच्या कामात व इतर उत्पादन प्रक्रियेत सहाय्य करणे.

मोजमापानुसार साहित्य अचूकपणे कापणे.

कार्यक्षेत्र स्वच्छ व व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.

मशीनची प्राथमिक तपासणी करून बिघाड आढळल्यास वरिष्ठांना कळवणे.

कंपनीच्या सुरक्षा नियमांचे व कार्यपद्धतीचे पालन करणे.

दैनंदिन उत्पादनाचे उद्दिष्ट पूर्ण करण्यासाठी टीमसोबत काम करणे.

वरिष्ठांनी सोपवलेली इतर उत्पादन व कार्यशाळेशी संबंधित कामे पार पाडणे.

Job Description

Laxmi Engineering Works is hiring hardworking and reliable Cutting Machine Operators / Labour Helpers to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating cutting machines, assisting in production activities, handling materials, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workshop operations while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cutting machines as per work instructions.

Load, unload, and handle raw materials safely.

Assist in lathe machine operations and other manufacturing tasks.

Measure and cut materials accurately according to specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Perform basic machine checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Support the production team in achieving daily targets.

Carry out other workshop-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
