Production Supervisor

1) Prepare and maintain Job Cards as per production requirements.

2) Plan and schedule daily production activities.

3) Coordinate with supervisors, workers, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

4) Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities.

5) Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.

6) Monitor production processes such as fabrication, carpentry, assembly, finishing, and packing.

7) Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

8) Monitor manpower allocation and productivity.

9) Coordinate for timely availability of raw materials and other production requirements.

10) Identify production delays, quality issues, material shortages, and other bottlenecks and report them to the concerned manager.

11) Maintain daily production records and prepare production reports.

12) Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the production floor.

13) Coordinate with the Dispatch team for timely completion of finished goods.
