TECHNICAL SKILLS

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred.

Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho is an advantage.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of e-commerce listing and marketplace SEO.

Knowledge of Amazon Ads/PPC is an advantage.

Good communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms. - Create and manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and pricing. - Manage daily orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and RTO. - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch. - Monitor marketplace account health and resolve seller-related issues. - Manage SKUs, catalogues and product information. - Assist with Amazon Ads / PPC and promotional campaigns. - Monitor competitor pricing, rankings and market trends. - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. - Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for sales, inventory and order tracking. - Coordinate product launches and stock replenishment. - Follow up with marketplace support teams. - Work towards achieving company e-commerce sales targets.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred: 1–3 years in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.

Freshers: Candidates with good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, e-commerce operations and Excel may also apply.

QUALIFICATION

Graduate in any discipline. BBA / B.Com / MBA / Digital Marketing / E-Commerce background will be an advantage.

SALARY

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Performance-based incentives may be provided.
