Job Description
Property Relationship ManagerJob Responsibilities:
- Handle property buyers and understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Generate leads through calls, references, online portals, and networking.
- Explain property projects, specifications, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to clients.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated about new projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
