Job Description – Real Estate Sales Manager (Pune- Wakad & Kharadi Location)
Role Summary
- Lead sales operations for residential and commercial property projects.
- Drive revenue growth through team management, client acquisition, and deal closures.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Pune’s real estate market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets, manage launches, and inventory movement.
- Client Handling: Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze Pune real estate trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM pipelines, prepare MIS reports, and forecast revenue.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Pune’s real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-driven, customer-focused approach.
