Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact between the company and clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships
- Understand client needs and business objectives
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
- 2. Sales & Revenue GrowthIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- 3. Account Planning & StrategyDevelop account plans to grow business
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance)
- Monitor account performance and suggest improvements
- 4. Order & Project CoordinationEnsure timely delivery of products/services
- Follow up on orders, payments, and contracts
- Manage project timelines and client expectations
- 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain records of client interactions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Generate performance and revenue reports
- 6. Problem Solving & SupportAddress complaints and provide solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collect feedback and share with management
