Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Excel.
Prepare and manage invoices, bills and payments.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Maintain company accounts and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Follow up for outstanding payments and receivables.
Maintain proper documents and records for audit purposes.
Coordinate with HR for payroll and statutory deductions.
Perform other accounting work as assigned by management.
